It is well said: “Success brings people together, and failure makes them orphans”. It applies everywhere and to all the circumstances. For example in the competitive exams, very few succeed and the remaining remains unsuccessful. People call the winners as “Lucky fellows”, and the losers are called “bad luck people”. This is human nature.

 

But, we can say confidently that all men are equal by nature. God has given intelligence equally to all. But success depends on how we use our intelligence. Success is not hereditary. Success is directly proportional to the hard working capacity.

 

Luck is described as: ‘’Hard work is another name for luck. Leave nothing to chance’’, a golden word to be adopted and followed by those who want success in their activities or programmes.

 

Success Quote: “Genius is nothing but 1% percent inspiration and 99% perspiration”.

 

But one must keep it in mind that success is not so easy as it appears outwardly. Ask any successful person how he succeeded in his Endeavour, immediately he reveals the troubles he faced before he came out successfully.

 

The winners were relentlessly working hard, while we were sleeping. They read day and nights and sacrificed number of their happy moments and also luxuries. They also never forget, the hardships they underwent during their childhood life.

 

But one should not get discouraged at the time of failure. Most of the successful persons were also one time failured people.

 

Remember that, ‘’Failure is the stepping stone for success’’. Never stop if you fail one or two times in your attempts. But pursue it until you obtain the fruits of success i.e.; the goals in your life.

 

Usually the failed one says the cause of their failure is their fate and God did not help us, and they are unlucky. They should not forget the fact that the cause of failure is in him only and he did not make sincere attempts.

 

So try to rectify if there are any defects in you. Be always calm and cool and think in clear terms how to complete the project or programme which you have undertaken.

 

The following are some of the differences between the winners and losers:

 

Winners:

 

1. Usually, they control their anger, if at all it arises and they never allow their feelings to dominate them.

 

2. They have plenty of self-confidence, steadfastness and are always honesty.

 

3. They got more working –hard mentality.

 

4. They develop friendship with very few persons and that too with well- wishers.

 

5. They study every thing with concept- based mentality.

 

Losers:

 

1. Usually, they are hasty and having confused mentality. The golden word is “Haste is waste“.

 

2. They do friendship with much number of people, but most of them are in the habit of spoiling the friends.

 

3. They are devoid of courageousness, but are with full of inferiority complex, cowardice and scolding others for their faults.

 

4. They take competitive exams, not very seriously and read the books at that time only.

 

Suggestions:

 

1. Attempt any thing sincerely, (otherwise leave it).

 

2. Some sort of commitment should be on your part, as God help those who help themselves.

 

3. Take inspiration by reading the life-histories of great persons and keep them as your role- models.

 

Then certainly success favors the losers, the next time.
