There is no short-cut route for success and happiness. Failures may come while striving for successful career. But never get disappointed, as failures are the stepping stones for success in life. Carefully observe the tides in the sea-waters. The tide rises itself, whenever it falls. It never gets tired in its attempts. That should be our motto and we should be inspired by the relentless activity of the tides.

The causes of failure are:
1. Fear
2. Negative-attitude or thinking,
3. Away from the keen observation of facts or actual situations,
4. Not realizing our own defects,
5. Unable to overcome stress and strain.
1. Fear:
It is the most important cause. If once fear enters into our mind, the door is closed for further opportunities. Fear doesn’t allow our mouth to open and we can’t speak at the proper time to express our feelings. So, sincerely try to keep the fear far away, then automatically, self-confidence enters into our mind.
2. Controlling our thoughts:
Avoid negative thoughts and think positively. In the beginning, it may be difficult to control our thinking, but practice it without hesitation ultimately you get positive results, as you know it very well, that “practice makes man perfect”.
3. Be practical and see the facts:
Don’t built castles in the air, as it leads us into depression. Our capacities aren’t unlimited, hence estimate your capacities properly and have your aims accordingly. The there will be no room for over-estimations and no failures.
4. Realize your defects or weaknesses(if any):
Don’t hesitate to examine yourself properly and if you find defect, correct it by yourself or take the help of others. For example, if you can’t drive the car yourself, take the help of other to reach your destination in time.
5. Overcoming the stress and strain:
Stress spoils our energies and our concentration and also it has got some effect on our self-confidence. So to keep the mind in fresh state, spend some time with your friends , family members, listen to music of your choice and practice meditation which brings mental peace and solace(even under troubled conditions).
